BARCLAY. —On July 2 (suddenly), at Kurow, James, dearly beloved husband of Isabella M'Vean, and brother of William and Hugh Barclay and Mrs Hayes, Mrs Millar, and Mrs Young; in his sixiy-sixth year. Deeply mourned. Private interment at Oamaru, Wednesday, 4th. —Walter Appleby, undertaker, Kurow. HUDSON. —On July 2, 1928, at his residence, 66 Fox street, Duntedin south, Alfred William G. (carrier), dearly beloved husband of Lucy B. Hudson, and loved father of Mrs L. C. Biggs and Mrs P. Mooney, of Dunedin ; aged 59 years. Deeply mourned. —The Funeral will leave the above residence on Thursday, July 5, at 2.30 p.m., for the Northern Cemetery.—W. H. Cole, undertaker. PHILLIPS. —On July 3, 1928, at Dunedin, Ambrose Albert, eldest son of the late Ambrose and Mary Phillips, and husband of the late Jennie Phillips, of, Caverßham. Deeply regretted. Private interment.—Hugh Gourley, Ltd., undertakers. ROSS.^ —On July 2, at his residence, Littlebourne road, Duncan Ross, native ot Pluscarden ; aged 90 years. "At rest in th 6 Lord." No flowers. Private interment. — Hope and Kinaston, undertakers. WYLLIE. —On July 3, 1928, at her son's residence, 3 Eden street, Jeanie, dearly beloved wife of John C. Wyllie; in her eightysecond year.
