NORMAL SCHOOL CARNIVAL.

A spectacular fair and carnival is to be opened to-night in Knox Church Sunday School hall in aid of the Normal School. Thousands of people throughout the country trace with pride their relationship with this school. The object of-the fair is to raise funds to help on the movement for rendering the building up to date with modern equipment. Graceful dances, military marches, and ballets will be presented, and, at the same time, there will be stalls of every kind and also tea rooms, soft drink stall, dips, side shows. The Tramways Band has agreed to play a selected programme of music.
