(Received June 12, at 11.30 p.m.) The Riga correspondent of The Times states that the Soviet has decided to reinstate Zinovieff, Kameneff, PiatakofE, and a few others immediately. Their term of probation will expire at the end of June. Zinovieff and Kameueff must reside at Kaluga, but they can spend much time in Moscow. Trotsky, who is in good health, is still at Vycmyi. Naumoff, Safaroff, Vardin, and Vucobitch will be reinstated only when they Save fully recanted. —Australian Press Association.
