WINTER SHOW.
The bullock-guessing competition which was held in connection with the Winter Show has been decided. The bullock was weighed at Messrs Barton and Trengrove’s shop in the presence of officials of the Otago A. and P. .Society yesterday afternoon, and the correct dressed weight was found to be 106711 b. On checking over the guesses received, it was found that the following three ladies gussed the correct weight, and will divide the money prizes :-—Mrs Ross Duncan, Cannington road, Maori Hill: Mrs C. Holland, Henley; Miss Netta Ralston, Allanton. The following 11 persons guessed within Mb of the correct weight:--Percy Ralston, Momona. Taieri; R. Hubbard, 17 Carlyle street, Dunedin; T. A. Dodds. Evansdale; Mrs Brunton. Tomahawk; R. S. Duthio, Bon Lcdi. Livingstone: W. Grindley, Dunedin: F. Wood, Howard street, Dunedin; W. A. Montgomery, Jones street. Dunedin: John Donaldson, Stirling; J. Slater. Middlemareh; Mrs IV. Lindsay, Wnilacetown.
