(Received May 25, at 5.5 p.m.) Sir William Joynson-Hicks, the Home Secretary, in answer to a question, said he had hoped to give the result of inquiries into the sources through which the Soviet financed propaganda in Britain, but owing to pressure he must ask for a postponement. He was taking away a mass of papers on the subject to read in the holidays. —Australian Press -Association.
