formation of a group. (Feom Oue Own Coebbspondent.) LONDON. March 2. More than 40 members of the House of Commons met together this week and agreed to form a parliamentary group ot Toe H. There are 12 M.P.’s already connected with various groups, namely Major Carver (who was mainly instrumental in calling the meeting), Colonel Applin, Bir Gervaso Beckett, Mr Briant, Mr Hannon, Lord Apsley, Mr J. H. Palin, Lieutenantcommander Kenworthy, Viscount Sandon, Lieutenant-general Sir A. Hunter-Weston, Captain Evan Wallace and Mr J. C. Clav ton. It is remarked by the parliamentary correspondent of the Daily Telegraph that Mr Amery. who took the chair at the outset, gave an interesting account of visits ho had paid to groups during his six months' tour of the Empire. He mentioned that before ho started the Prince of Wales asked him to take advantage of any opportunities that might present them selves of getting into touch with groups The Rev. F. B Clayton, the founder of Too H, and Mr Barclay-Baron also addressed the meeting. It was agreed that the 12 members mentioned should form a committee to take the necessary steps for the formation of a group in accordance with the rules or Toe 11. ■
