W. have offered to retire.early m tli3 event of the Minister desiring to reconstitute the board., as they do not have to wait very long before being eligible to so out on 'superannuation.. .Iwo _ names freely mentioned in connection with the chairmanship of the board are thoss :of Mr IT. H. Sterling, a former member ot the board, who resigned m order __ to accept an appointment with a biR dairying concern, and Mr J S. Hunter official secretary to the Minister of Kailways. '
