(Received April 15, at 5.5 p.m.) At West Plains (Missouri) 35 people were killed and 16 seriously injured as the result of a fire and explosion which wrecked a dance hall late on Friday. The ground floor of the building was used as a garage, and it is believed a large gasoline tank exploded.—Australian Press Association.
