STRIKE IN LEEDS THREATENED GARMENT WORKERS’ UNION. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, April 6. The Leeds Tailors’ Garment Workers'Union has threatened to strike, involving 200,000 workers. This is due to dissatisfaction with certain clauses in the agreements with the Employers’ Federation. The union decided to give notice of the termination of the wages and hours agreements which have been in force for eight years.—Australian Press Association.
