OUTSTANDING QUESTIONS. SETTLEMENT NOT YET REACHED. (British Official Wireless.) (Frees Association -By Telegraph—Copyiignt RUGBY, March 21. In the House of Commons, Sir Austen Chamberlain stated that no settlement of the questions outstanding between the Persian Government and the British Government bad vet been ren'bed, and he could not at present make a statement regarding the negotiations for the establishment of a civil air service between Iraq and India.
