TRIAL OF ACCUSED. JURY FAILS TO AGREE. (Frot* Association —Bj Telegraph—Copyrignc i MELBOURNE, March 11. (Received March 11, at 5-5 p.m.) After being locked up all night, the jury in the Griggs’ trial notified the judge that it was unable to agree. It was discharged, and Griggs was remanded until April 16. There were remarkable scenes outside the courthouse, great crowds awaiting the verdict.
