VISIT TO WESTBOURNE SCHOOL. HAPPY TIME FOR THE CHILDREN. (Fres* Association— By Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, February 18. (Received Feb. 19, at 5.5 p.m.) “ Look here, don’t let us have any formal programme. I just want to see the boys and girls.” This was the Prince of Wales’s first remark to th e headmaster on his arrival at Westbourne School. The Prince was in a jovial humour, and seemed to become a happy .choolboy dmself. The children listened to a delightful speech with rapt attention. Then the Prince listened to the children singing songs like “ John Brown’s Body ” and “ Here’s a Health Unto Your I-ajesty,” and when the conductor accidentally hit the Prince’s hat it was tbp. Prince who led the laughter with the remark, “ It’s a good job it’s a bard one.”’—A. and N.Z. Cable.
