(Received Feb. 16 at 11.50 p.m.) The steamship President Cleveland is expected here from the Far East tomorrow with eight dead aboard due to an epidemic of smallpox and pneumonia raging among the passengers. Most f the deaths occurred in the steerage.— A. and N.E. Cable.
