CHRISTCHURCH, February 10 In the Magistrate’s Court Kenneth Andrew Bayne, a milkman, who admit'ed having been drunk while in charge of . motor truck, was fined £ls and was prohibited from driving for three vears from April 1. The accused ami his brother were'arrested I-'t eveni r >n after a collision in the city. The brother was fined 20a for drunkenness.
