Particulars of a scheme for supplying young trees at reduced prices to farmers in order to encourage afforestation were received, by County Derry Committee of Agriculture from the Ministry at the committee’s meeting in Coleraine. The Secretary said the Ministry would supply any farmer with a minimum of 1000 trees at 30s, free on rail.
