SUPERANNUATED PUBLIC SERVANTS.

The annual meeting o£ the association of superannuated public servants was held in the social hall, gods yards, yesterday afternoon. Air F. 1. Taylor occupied the chair. The annual report read as follows: “ Your committee has pleasure in submitting the eighth annual report of the branch. T'rom correspondence received ftorn the executive in cllington we learn that no ettorts are being spared, or opportunities lost in bringing our views under the not.ee of those who .may possibly in the future be in a position to serve us. There is a credit balance of £2l 14s 3d. The report was adopted. The Secretary reported the deaths of Air G. Freeman, Airs F. T. Taylor, Mrs : J C. Wilson and Airs B. Caldow, and that he had written letters of sympathy and condolence to the relatives. The secretary s action was approved, members standing. Election of officers-.—President, Air F.
