I, at 11.30 p.m.) The Australian tennis championships were continued, and in the Singles Borotra beat Hopman (New South Wales), 6—4, 6—3, 6—4. In the Mixed Doubles Brugnon and Mrs R. Harper (Victoria) beat Page and Mrs Boyd (Tasmania), 6—2, 6—4. Boussus and Miss Bickerton (New South Wales) beat Dunn and Mrs P. Harper (New South Wales), 6—3, 6—2. CANNES TOURNAMENT. THE WOMEN’S DOUBLES. LONDON, February 1. (Received Feb. 1, at 11.30 p.m.) At Cannes the women’s doubles tennis final resulted:—Misses Ryan and Satterthwaite beat Misses Nuthall and Bonnet, 6—2, 6—4. —A. and N.Z. and S.S. Cable.
