A MATCH IN CHRISTCHURCH. (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, February 1. A party of members of the Kirk-Wind-eyer Cup team visited Christchurch today and played a match against the members of the Christchurch ' Club on the Shirley Lillies. The following are the results (Australians’ names first): — Four Ball. —Dr R. K. Lee Brown and Peter M'Donald beat Cropp and Humphrey, 4 and 2; Nigel Smith and W. R. Smith lost to Donald Grant and R. A. Wilson, 2 and 3. Singles.—W. R. Smith beat R. A. Wilson, 2 up; Nigel Smith lost to E. Puniphrey; P. Macdonald lost to W. P. Anderson, 2 and l; Rankin lost to Cropp, 4 and 2; Lee Brown lost to Donald Grant, 3 and 2.
