The final report of the Royal Commission on Customs and Excise duties has been tabled in a 23-page book. Drastic changes to prevent smuggling are recommended, including the abolition of all bonded export liquor warehouses, which, if adopted, will ban the export of liquor from Canada.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
