CANBERRA OBSERVATORY
INSTRUMENTS COMPLETED. (Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) WASHINGTON, January 24. (Received Jan. 25, at 10 p.m.) The Smithsonian Institution has completed the instruments for the observatory at Canberra. One measures the sun's heat at the earth’s surface, and the other measures the intensity of the sky’s brightness.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
