In the French Nigerian Court of Sulton Barmohs Mohammedan traditions are carefully preserved. The Sultan has his dinner served in solitary state under a great mango tre9, while the court musicians, whose duty it is to enlcrtain him, play with backs turned, since no one must see him cat.
