DWELLING ON FIRE. After locking his house and walking down the street about 200 yards, a resident discovered that he bad forgotten his tobacco. He returned home and was surprised to see smoke pouring from the kitchen windows. Fortunately he was able to extinguisn the flames before much damage was done. A cinder apparently had fallen on to the carpet. The resident is thankful that he returned home to got his Bears’ tobacco, the popular smoke, to which he is, like most men now, very artial.
