GAZETTED AT LAST. PAYMENT OF FEES. (Press Association— By Telegraph-Copyright.) LONDON. January 18. Lord Byng’s long-deferred Viscounty has been gazetted. It was conferred in October, 1926, but Lord Byne refused to payment almost £IOOO in fees for .e honour, for -which politicians pay nothing Lord Byng at present declines to say whether he paid the fees.—A. and Gable. PAID BY THE TREASURY. LONDON, January J-8. The Treasury paid Lord Byng’s fees.A. and N.Z. Cable.
