THE ANGLICAN CHURCH

REUNION WITH ROME.. REPORT OF CONVERSATIONS. # (Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright.) OTTAWA, January 17. A special cable received in Toronto from London says that the text of the report of the conversations of some leaders of the Anglican Church with Roman Catholic priests on the possibility of reunion with the Church of Rome, held at Malines, and to be published this week, will cause a profound sensation, and all possibility of the House of Jommons passing the revised Prayer Book will vanish. The, report will carry proof that the English prelates, acting with the alleged approval of the Archbishop of Canterbury, agreed to the , supremacy of the Pope among the Christian bishops.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
