GERMAN DYE TRUST
ISSUE OF DEBENTURES. EXTENDING OPERATIONS. (Press Association—By Telegraph —Copyright.) LONDON, December 13. The Daily Chronicle’s Berlin correspondent says that the German dye trust proposes to issue £12,500,000 6 per cent, debentures. It is understood that the money will be utilised for extending operations in the production of oils, motor fuel, ammonia and other by-products from huge brown coal deposits in Saxony. The dye trust, in a statement, says that it is about to sign an agreement with tbe French chemical industry, and that negotiations with the English chemical industry have not yet led to tangible results.— A and N.Z.
