PRINCESS THEATRE
The programme that is being presented to patrons of the Princess Theatre this week is composed of a series of attractive and clever sketches, ballet dances, and songs. The revue which follows, “ Desert Love,” contains all the lure of the East, and Eastern characters are presented in a very vivid manner. Stud Foley keeps the element of humour well to the fore, and his sallies never permit of a dull moment, while Harry Gould ably aids and abets him in his efforts. For one so young, Miss Iris Ackworth has already achieved quite a fair measure of success in light comcdv. Miss Winnie Egerton, William Beresford, and Eric Masters sing several numbers very pleasingly,, and the “Six Dainties.” with their graceful dancing, add their quota to the general attractiveness of the programme. The costuming, the popular songs, the generous measure of comcdv. and the quality of each item make Fullers’ Follies an entertainment well worth seeing.
