CEREMONY OF HANDING OVER. (Pres» Association— B 5 Telegraph—Copyright. J OSLO, December 12. The peace prize was handed over in the presence of the King and the Crown Prince. The president of the committee said that it was awarded to Professors Buisson and Guidde in recognition of their untiring efforts at the Franco-German rapprochement leading to the Dawes scheme, Locarno, and Germany’s admission to the League.—A. and N.Z.
