Th e selection was submitted to a special meeting of the Council of the N.Z.A.A.A. this afternoon and was approved. THE OHAMPPIONSHIP MEETING. NEW SOUTH WALES TEAM. (Frees Association—By Telegraph—Copyright ) SYDNEY, December 13. The executive of the New South Wales Amateur Athletic Association had decided to add Norman Ebert Walker to the team to visit New Zealand. A number of others not officially selected are also making the trip. The New South Wales team at the championship meeting will be very strong. VICTORIAN TEAM CHOSEN. HYDE NOT AVAILABLE. MELBOURNE, December 13. The following team has been chosen to represent Victoria at the Australia and New Zealand championship meeting at Wellington:—Lane, 100yds, 220yds, and 440yds; Watson, 120yds and 440yds hurdles: Lundquist, broad jump and decathlon ; M'lntosh, shot put, discus, and hammer throw; Davidson, high jump, 120yds, and 440yds hurdles; and Mason, the Australian and New Zealand high jump champion and record holder. Wischer and Corteen intend going at their own expense. Hyde, Kroger, and Whyte, all Australian and New Zealand title holders, are not available.
