A new system of travelling has been introduced on the Rome trams which lias gained much favour with the public. Instead of the usual tickets, enabling passer gers to make only one journey and given ordinarily for short or lone distal ces, passengers now may ask for a new ticket called “ Ororio." This ticket enables the holder to board any car on any line and in any direction tor the duration of one hour. The cost of this ticket is higher than the ordinary one Because of this new system if twiveiling, clocks have been placed in each car.
