ARRESTED ON FRONTIER
RUMANIAN NAVAL OFFICER. DOCUMENTS CONCEALED IN CAE. (Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) BUCHAREST, November 8. A Rumanian naval officer named Lieutenant Teodoru was arrested on the Iron, tier while he was motoring from Paris. Documents found concealed in the car were similar to those discovered on Manoilescu, whose trial begins on Thursday.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
