(Peb United Peess Association.) AUCKLAND, October 20. William Henry Glanville was committed for sentence on a charge of breaking and entering at Takapuna. Henry Edward Eton, aged 31, an inspector employed by the Ocean Accident and Guarantee Corporation, pleaded guilty to stealing £9, th« property of the company, and was admitted to 12 months 1 probation. Charlei Somerville Vincent, aged 18, admitted stealing a Savings Bank book, the property qI a friend, forging his signature, and drawing £2B. Ho was committed for sentence WELLINGTON, October 20. William O'Keefe with a criminal regard, was sentenced to three months 1 imprisonment to-day for the theft from a motor oar of a suit case and its contents, valued at £4-3, the property of Dr R. C. Begg.
