Pursuant to the direction of me, the Deputy Master of the Supreme Court of South Australia, in the Estate of Henry Barnett, late of Adelaide, in the State of South Australia, Out of Business' (deceased), No. 518, of 1927, Notice Is Hereby Given that the Nephews and Nieces of the said Henry Barnett (deceased), and all persons claiming to be entitled under the Will of the said Henry Barnett, who died at Adelaide aforesaid on the 24th day of September, 1888, and Probate of whose Will was granted by the Supreme Court of South Australia on the pth day of Octobey, 1888, are hereby required to send by post (prepaid) their Full Names, Addresses,- and Descriptions and full particulars of their Claims to DONALD KERR, Esq., of Eagle Chambers, Pirie street, Adelaide, aforesaid, Solicitor, on or before the 20th day of FEBRUARY, 1928, after which date the said Donald Kerr and Sidney George Hayes, of Holmesdale, in the said State, the present Trustees of the Will of the said deceased, will proceed to Distribute the Estate of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the Claims of which they shall then have had Notice; and the said Trustees will not be liable for the Assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose Claim they shall not have liatl notice at the time of such distribution.
