MOSGIEL’S MAIN STREET. AN APPLICATION REFUSED. A renewal by tho Mosgiol Borough Council of its application for the declaration as a main highway of Gordon road, which connects two sections of main higiiway, has again bcon refused by the District Highways Council (No. 17).
