NOTICE TO CORRESPONDENT.
“Fair Deal.”—The position is governed by the area of land. The city by-laws provide that no dwelling may be erected on an allotment of land of less than 4000 superficial feet and a frontage of not less than 20ft to a public street. The City Council has made no recent rules in connection with the restriction of building. There la a statutory provision which requires open space around buildings. The Town Hall authorities will be pleased to explain the position fully If yon will consult them.
