INCREASED BUSINESS RECORDED. (Pee United Peess Association.) WELLINGTON, May 2The report on insurance statistics for 1925 by the Government Statistician she ws that the Public Trust Office held the deposits required by law amounting to over £1,000,000. There were 40 accident, insurance companies, and 11 life assurance companies; but the numbers of the others are not given. Tho principal feature was the largo increase in the business recorded, and this also applies to industrial life assurance.
