Arrangements have been practically completed for the visit to London of the French President, M. Donmergue, who will spend the 16th, 17th, and 18th May as the guest of the King at Buckingham Palace.

The President ■will be escorted across the Channel by six destroyers, and aeroplanes will form an overhead guard of honour. In addition to State engagements, M. Donmergue will he entertained by the City of London.
