BROADCASTING.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, — May 1 voice the discontent which exists among “listeners-in” in regard to t Jig allocation of wave lengths for the Dominion wireless stations? The trouble was bad enough before the recent alterations, but now “confusion is worse confounded,” and we are cut off from the Auckland as well as several Australian stations while 4YA is “on the air.” As a radio inspector has boon appointed here, I hope that he will take the matter up, and see that justice is done to those who pay towards the support of the broadcasting service. Surely, the wave lengths could be so arranged as to do away with the great amount of interference to which we are at present subjected? Hoping that many “listeners-in” will support me in urging the reform 1 have suggested, and thus give us a chance to get any station we wish.—l am, etc.. Radio.
