AN INJURED SEAMAN

MEDICAL INSTRUCTIONS BY WIRELESS. (Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, April 30. (Received May 1, at 5.5 p.m.) An injured man on board the steamer Hartbridge, bound to Sydney, was treated by wireless last night at a distance of 400 miles from the Malin Head station. The master sent a message stating that injuries to the man’s head had resulted in bleeding from the nose, mouth, and ears, and asked bow this could be stopped. Malin Head communicated with a surgeon at the Londonderry infirmary, whose instructions were wirelessed to the Hartbridge.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
