CANTERBURY HOSPITAL BOARD. (Pee United Press Association.! CHRISTCHURCH, April 30. As the result of the amended figures, the retiring chairman of the Hospital Board (Mr H. J. Otlcy) has now boon declared elected, and replaces Mrs Roberts.
