RETURNED SOLDIERS’ CHOIR.
On Tuesday next at His Majesty’s Theatre the Soldiers’ Choir will present a well-selected programme of part-songs, several of which are now on the choir’s programme. "The Curfew,” by Attewood, a beautiful refreshing number, will open the programme, and a military tattoo, “Rataflan,” by Laurent Do Rillo, should meet with approval. Two other now numbers aro a stirring choral song, “The Sword of Ferrara” and “The Chorus of Priests,” from the Magic Flute, In addition to those are “A_ Lullaby of Love,” the over-welcome “Pilgrim’s Chorus,” and the Male Chorus from “Robin Hood." In lighter vein will be the humorous “Wedding of Shon M’Loan," The Choir will have the assistance of thq talented contralto, Miss Mabollo- Ksquilant, who has selected ‘‘How like a flower thou bloomeat” (Schumann) and “Expectation” (Berger) for her numbers; Miss Eva Judd, _ violinist, will play two selections, and Miss Anita Winkcl will present an entirely now number in character, “It may bo lif» “
