The Katoa is to sail to-day for Lyttelton to complete loading for Wellington, Napier, and Auckland. The Storm has been fixed to load at Dunedin on Saturday for Tiraaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. The Shaw-Savill steamer Delphic is scheduled to leave Wellington on April 2 for London, via Cape Horn and Montevideo. The Plako Is to leave Wellington at daybreak to-day for New York, Boston, Glasgow, Avonmouth, Manchester, and Liverpool. Carrying a cargo of sulphur, the steamer Persian Prince Is to leave Galveston, Texas, on April 12 for Auckland, Lyttelton, New Plymouth, Wanganui, and Australian ports. She Is duo here about May 20. The C. and D. Lino steamer Port Hacking is due at Bluff from Australia about April ID to load frozen meat, dairy produce, and general cargo for United Kingdom. The steamer will afterwards proceed to Timaru and Lyttelton, and will sail finally from the latter port towards the end of April. MAIMOA DUE TO-DAV. Messrs Dalgety and Co. atlviso (hat. the Shaw, Savlll steamer Maimoa, which was delayed at Wellington on Saturday owing to bad weather, is now expected at Port Chalmers this afternoon. The vessel will load wool, frozen meat, dairy produce, and other cargo, and will sail about Friday for London, via Montevideo and Teneriffo. DUNEDIN-GISBORNE SERVICE. Tho Union Company advises that the Kahika has been delayed at Napier owing to bad weather. She is expected to sail today for Gisborne and Dunedin. Due here on Saturday, the vessel will load general cargo for Wellington, Napier, and Gisborne. DUN ED IN-GISBORNE SERVICE. Advice received by tho Union Company states that the, Karetu loft Sydney early on Saturday morning with general cargo for discharge at. Bluff, Dunedin, Timaru, and Lyttelton. Her freight for this port includes transhipments ex the Ormonde, Changte, Halle, Boriina, City of Palermo, Abbckcrk, Koggenocn, Turcoing, and Ceramic. The Karetu is due here on Friday. The Karinga, which has been further delayed at Bluff owing to had weather, is now expected at Port. Chalmers to-morrow to load a quantity of wool for Sydney. The vessel will load general cargo at Sydney early In April for South Island ports. RARANGA FROM LONDON. The Shaw-Savill steamer Raranga is duo at Auckland on April 8 from London, via Panama. The vessel is carrying general cargo for discharge at Auckland, Port Chalmers, Bluff, and Nelson. MATAROA LEAVES ENGLAND. Carrying passengers, malls, and cargo, tho Shaw, Savill, and Albion Line steamer Mataroa left Southampton on March 25 for Auckland and Wellington, via Panama. The vessel is duo at Auckland on April 30. MIDDLESEX FROM LIVERPOOL. Tho Federal Company advises that tho Middlesex, now discharging Liverpool cargo at Auckland, will leave, the northern port to-day for Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin to complete discharge. She is due here about April 12. FREIGHTER HARMATTAN. Tho steamer Harmattan, which arrived at Port Chalmers on Sunday afternoon from Nauru Island, via Lyttelton, was built in 1918 by R. Duncan and Co. (Ltd.), at Fort Glasgow, for tho Willis S.S. Co. (Ltd.). She was originally know as the War Fantail, exNilimcde. CARGO FROM CANADA. Tho New Zealand Shipping Company's chartered steamer Queen Eleanor was expected to leave St. John on March 25 with general cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Melbourne, and Sydney. CLAN OGILVY. FOR DUNKIRK. Carrying a full shipment of wool and other products, the Scales chartered steamer Clan Ogilvy sailed from Port Chalmers shortly after 5 p.m. yesterday for tho United Kingdom. via Cape Horn and Tcnerlffc. The vessel's first port of discharge will bo Dunkirk. Tho Clan Ogilvy loaded her freight at Auckland, Wanganui roadstead, Wellington, Napier, and Port Chalmers. CARGO FROM NEW YORK. Messrs Turnbull, Martin, and Co. advise that the A. and A. chartered steamer Austrnlind was to leave New York on March 2G with general cargo to discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Wanganui. She is due at Auckland on April 30. The A. and A. Lino will now despatch the City of (in place of tho City of Corinth) from New 1 ork on April 20, with general cargo to unload ut Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Tiraaru, Dunedin, and Bluff She will be followed by the Trekicve, which is to sail from New York on May 7 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. FINNISH BARQUE AT SYDNEY. Memories of the old sailing ship days were recalled on March 11 by the arrival in Port Jackson of a Finnish barque—the Wintcrhudo, from Liverpool. Sho was laden with over 3000 tons of rock salt. The Wintcrhudo is a German-built vessel, and sho was launched from Rickmcrs’ yard at Bicmeihavcn in IS9B. Sho was knowu first as tho Selma Hemsoth, then as tho Mabel Rickmors, and later as the Winterbude. A steel barque of 1895 tons net, she Mails from Marleharan, where sho Is owned bv Gustav Kriskon. The voyage, which was uneventful, occupied 103 days. Hie vessel being delayed in Bass Strait a week by adverse weather. Capt. F. Ejcdor lias command of the Winterhndc. The. vessel has part cargo for Newcastle, and from there proceeds to a Victorian port to load wheat for Europe. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE. ARGYLLSHIRE DELAYED. A wireless message received by Messrs Turnbull. Martin, and Co. from the captain of the Argyllshire, bound from Napier to Bluff, states that (he vessel was delayed off Waipapapa Point yesterday owing to very bad weather. The vessed is expected to reach Bluff this morning, and Port Chalmers on Friday, to continue loading products for London.
