THEFT OF TIN,

ACCUSED COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE. (Special to Daili Times.) AUCKLAND. March 28. At 2 o'clock on the morning of March 22, Constable Collins, of Parnell, while patrolling his beat, observed William Capol, aged 47. emerging from the side door of Alexander Harvey and Sons’ warehouse in King’s Drive, with some 601 b of tin on his shoulder. Capel was arrested. Th's morning he pleaded guilty at the Police Court to the charge of stealing tin, valued at £6O, and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
