PRINCESS THEATRE

Tho new revuo staged at the Princess Theatre for the past week has had plenty of admirers, and has scored unusually well. The revue is on orthodox linos and quite up to date in all respects. There are a few rather quaint touches about “Hall Marked,” such is the selected title of the new revuo. St. Clair is a clever comedian, and provides an abundance of fun, and in a vocal direction is well supported by two of tho male members of the company and at least one lady member. There are three young ladies who make a very juvenile appearance before tho footlights and dance vety gracefully at intervals. As a matter of fact, the dancing of these very juvenile girls and the violin playing of St. Clair, with some singing of a pronounced robust order, are leading features of the revue. On tho vaudeville side there is plenty to amuse and entertain. Amongst a gathering of good artists arc tho “Two Daleys.” the Bronsons, and Frank Rodgers. The Scottish cemedian and his companion, who provided a particularly clever turn, have left the company and are amusing the public elsewhere. The programme, as a whole, now being presented at tho Princess Theatre is quite up to date, and holds it own with previous programmes.
