(Received Jan. 21, at _ 9 p.m.) The Daily Telegraph’s Rica correspondent states that Russia is in the throes of elections for the Soviets. It is reported that the richer peasant* * are leading an active campaign against the Communists, and several prominent Communist propagandists have been billed in Moscow and in the Vladmir and Tambov districts.—A. and N.Z.
