HONOURED IN DUBLIN. UNIVERSITY DOCTORATE. i (Press Aasool*tioo—By Tekgriph—Copyright.) LONDON, December 10. Mr Coates (Prime Minister of New Zealand) received the doctorate of the Dublin University. The public orator introduced Mr Coates as a worthy successor to great men, Mr Seddon and Sir Joseph Ward.
