HONOURED IN DUBLIN. UNIVERSITY DOCTORATE. i (Press Aasool*tioo—By Tekgriph—Copyright.) LONDON, December 10. Mr Coates (Prime Minister of New Zealand) received the doctorate of the Dublin University. The public orator introduced Mr Coates as a worthy successor to great men, Mr Seddon and Sir Joseph Ward. Mr Coates said that the Government of the fairest of our dominions was characterised by consummate statesmanship and wisdom. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
