(Received Deo. 10, at 0.0 p.m.) At tlic request of the interested parties the Sacred Rota decided that all the proceedings in regard to ‘ho annulment of Mr Marconi's marriage should be conducted under the seal of secrecy in order to avoid the unpleasant discussion that followed the annulment of the Duke of Marlborough's marriage.—A. and N.Z.
