MEETING OF CREDITORS. DISSATISFACTION EXPRESS®©. (Pee United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, December 3. A meeting of the creditors of Allan L. Peterick, a bankrupt builder, was held today, about SO attending. There are 36 different properties involved, in relation to which 26 equities are to be considered. Bankrupt started on his own account three years ago with £650, of which £350 was borrowed. His unsecured debts are £4819. the secured £17,359, and the estimated value of securities £30.652. The assignee remarked that he did not think there was enough to prosecute bankrupt on. His books were maeduuate, bnt they were a good deal better than those kept by most builders who went bankrupt. A Creditor: No good object would bo served by putting him in gaol. The meeting passed a motion that it viewed disapprovingly bankrupt’s conduct of his business, and requested the postponement of his discharge for a year.
