THE PANAMA ZONE

PHOTOGRAPHED FROM THE AIR. (Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) WASHINGTON, December 7. (Received Dec. 8, at 9 p.m.) Photographers with the _ Army Air Corps photographed an entire Panama zone. One picture, from an altitude of 1200 ft, covered a distance of 60 miles, including the fortified islands on the Pacific side and portions of the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean. This is the first time that the two major oceans have been partially photographed together.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
