After being delayed in port for nearly 24 hours owing to a shortage of the Union Company’s Collier Kaikorai Bailed for Westport shortly before 2 o clock this afternoon. The Kaikorai was scheduled to sail at 4 p.m. yesterday, but at that hour five members of the crew were still on shore. , As there was no sign of the men, several of whom bad landed at Nortbcote when returning to their ship at Ghcisea, the steamer left the wharf and went to an anchorage in the stream.
