■ ♦ JURY FAILS TO AGREE. (Special to Daily Times.) WELLINGTON, December 7. The case against Elizabeth Ann Wylie, alias Nevill, charged with using an instrument upon Elsie Davis on or about July 11, 1926, with intent to procure a miscarriage, was concluded to-day in the Supreme Court before Mr Justice Alpers, when, after four hours’ retirement, the jury failed to agree. A new trial was ordered for February. Another charge is to be preferred against the accused to-morrow.
